Calendar of Events

Live AKOY & Live Your Dreams Youth Group, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is kicking off our 2019 Thanksgiving Food Drive on November 11th, 2019.  Our goal is to provide Thanksgiving baskets filled with turkeys and nonperishable sides dishes to feed at least 50 families during the Thanksgiving Holiday. 

Please purchase items on our Amazon wish list, drop off items at our drop off locations 

• The Apartments at City Center: 825 10th Street NW, Washington, DC
• The Elevation: 100 Florida Avenue, NE, Washington, DC
• 7 Eleven: 4854 Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, NE, Washington, DC
• The Jamison DC: 3750 Jamison Street, NE. Washington, DC (near Costco)
• Today Nails: 3118 Queens Chapel Road, Hyattsville, Maryland 

This drive will take place from 11/11/2019 to 11/23/2019 and baskets for the selected families will be distributed to them on 11/26/2019. 

If you want to nominate a family please return on 11/16 to fill out a nomination form.
